Taks 1 part 1

1. This image of the lead singer play his guitar in front of some steps giving it an busking feeling to it which and i fell that this image shows the best even tho there is no one giving him lose chge.

2. This shot is of a somewhat silhouette of the lead singer arguing with a banker i think that the record company would like represented there artists like this because it shows some normality and makes it easier for the public to relate.

3. I think this shot shows the rock/folk Democratic that we went for because it the band sitting on some stars playing there guitars which from my experience is the base of most folk songs.

4. The car parkat at cambridge train station is the beast place in the city fore giving the song it's rustic feel manly because of all the cars and the brige bhinde the set that makes it seem more of an urbon area.

5. Fore most of are cutaways are of thease hand held shots of the band walking an seting up making it look like a documentry.

6. This shot shows are use of lighting we filmed when the sun was out then darkened it using final cut to make the clouds and the suroding area have a more dark affect.

7. This shot showns the man set up of are music vedeo the band playing there gitars in difernt location arond cambridge acting like buskers as to it haveing a good use of mise-en-scene well thats up to who evere is wayching it.

8. This tipe of shot is not so much used in music video but more as front covers fore indie rock bands.

9. This is a shot most solo acts use the casual leaning next to a blinding singing

when we where filming it was my job to take photos of the location, actors and perforce and from this i made my poster and digipack i chose these shots for my digipack/poster because they show the and busking or a shot of the urban area that there performing around.

the main we acted on when confronted with are feedback was the story we have tried to fix this problem with re-shots and we can only hope the it has solved the problem

Digipak draft feedback

Today i got feedback from my class they that images are effective and can relate it to busking but it need to by my own images witch at the time of making the draft i didn't have any images to use but as of Monday i now got some photos and am going to use for the final. i like that thy approved the black an white and will take in the idea of using contrast instead and experiment with the concept

today we start editing on are music video project we where told by steve to do 2 more takes so we will have to find a way to fit that in

this is a prototype digi pack i made i decided to make it most of the images black and white because the subject we basing this on is about people who are in a continues struggle for are real one i am going to try an recreate these images with bindings around Cambridge

Making a poster using GIMP

Gimp is an free photo editing software but sadly this is the main problem the fact is using GIMP can only be described as cheep every tool that GIMP has is unrefined like playing a guitar put replacing the stings with alisic bands terning the simplest task in to a Battle the biggest problem is that you cannot fine line image's making combining images impossible unless you want to chage all collies to Britte primary limiting your capabilities it took to long to make this one poster to this disappointing standard but i can still use it as an template for the Maine poster

Tuesday 09

we made a start on are test footage which i recorded the footage is of max and rob playing along to the song mansion in the sky with there guitars the main problem was the recording the sound because guitars where lauder than the  music player so we got some headphones and placed them over the microphone so the camera can record it but we lose almost all the sound.

Character Look

This is the kind of idea that we want to do. Of course it would say something different on the sign. We want the character to have a poor look to him, but we don't want to make him homeless. If we did make him homeless, we could cause abit of trouble as homeless people might be ofended by it if sawed.
